OMB Public hearing decision published October 18th, 2006 supported the re-zoning application which will enable the development of new residential, retail and commercial office units on the property in question.

Location

At the north west corner of Lake Shore Blvd. West and Parklawn Road where the SNC Lavalin (7 story office ) and Kraft/Nabisco (3 storey office ) buildings and parking facilities reside.

Profile

Total of 1,200 residential units are proposed. The current proposal calls for a phased re-location of the commercial tenants in the current properties to a new 10 storey office tower. The residential units would be housed in three towers with each having a 3-4 storey l podium dedicated to retail space.
