Over the past few months HBSCA has received a number of requests from a number of residents asking why sidewalks in front of the Grenadier Landing sales office was not cleared of snow last winter.

Based on these requests we contacted Smith Davies, the developer, who has agreed to clear the snow within 24 hours of any snow fall.
