Zoning By-Law and Official Plan Amendment has been approved by City Council - pre-sale process has commenced

East and adjacent to Waterview Voyager II and Explorer sites - future address will be 2119 - 2139 Lake Shore Blvd. West

 

Profile

 

Twin towers with a total of 534 units combined. The overall plan calls for the addition of 36,000 square feet of ground level retail space including the approximate 10,000 square feet already built and being marketed within the Voyager I and II facility. Once all phases are completed (2010), Waterview will consist of 1,461 units and with such critical mass will be an appropriate focus and landmark within the Humber Bay Shores community.
